How well do you know the landmarks? Practice with minimum, maximum, mode, median, mean, and range!

| maximum | the largest number in the set |
| median | the number in the middle of the set when the numbers are in order |
| mode | the number that is repeated the most times |
| range | you subtract the smallest from the largest |
| mean | you add and then divide |
| For the numbers, 1,2,3,4,5, three would be the | mean and the median |
| For the numbers 2,2,3,3,3, three would be the | median and the maximum |
| For the set of numbers 4,6,8, six would be the | mean and the median |
| For the numbers 28, 64, and 12, twelve would be the | minimum |
| For the numbers one million, two thousand, and four hundred, 1,000,000 would be the | maximum |
| For the set of numbers 4,5,7,7,8 the mode would be | 7 |
| For the set of numbers 4,4,5,5,5 the range would be | 1 |
| For the set of numbers 4,6,8, the median would be | 6 |
