DESERT | Cactus plants grow here. Driest. Very cold at night and very hot duriing the day. |
TAIGA | Pine trees are the major type of vegetation in this biome. This biome is also called the “Boreal Forest.” |
TUNDRA | Polar Bears are found here. Covered with permafrost. Found at the North Pole. |
GRASSLAND | Wildflowers are one of the major types of plants in this biome. The rich soil of this biome is being ripped up to grow crops. |
GRASSLAND/SAVANNA | Wildfires greatly affect both of these biomes. A zebra can be found living in either of these biomes. |
