| POSITIVE IMAGING | A mental exercise that allows you to imagine yourself in a positve winning situation. |
| MAKE UP WORK | It is your job to ask for this. |
| BRAIN | Exercise this each day. |
| ACKNOWLEDGE TEACHER | Do this when you arrive in class. |
| WHEN DISCIPLINED UNFAIRLY | Talk to the teacher later about the incident. |
| THINGS NOT TO DO IN CLASS | Sit sideways, lounge around teachers desk, walk around the room, be rude, or apply make-up. |
| HOMEWORK | This should not be done in another class.(but at home) |
| PENCILS | Take more than one to class. |
| MATERIALS | Put them by the door, so you won't forget them. |
| HARDEST JOB | Do this first and the easiest last. |
| CALENDAR | Write your assignments on this to organize your time. |
| ORGANIZATION | This is an acquired skill rather than a natural ability. |
| SUCCESS | Never evaluate this in terms of someone else's achievements. |
