Chapter 4 - Preparing a Chart of Accounts

This activity will help you in identifying the proper division of the chart of accounts. Remember the chart of accounts is a list of account titles and numbers showing the location of each account in a ledger. Accounts are arranged in the same order as they appear on the financial statements: assets, liabilities, owner's equity, revenue, and expenses.
