2. Create a unique User Name and Password.
3. Your e-mail address is required to receive a CE certificate.
4. Click on Create My Account.
5. Enter class code ARKHJ747.
6. Click on Add Class.
7. Click on Class Name: Newborn Screening Training Part 1.
8. Click on Class Page link to return here (class page).
9. Access the quiz by clicking at the bottom of this class page under QUIA Activities link: Newborn Screening Training Part 1 Quiz.
