Newborn Screening Training Quiz and Evaluation

Complete this test and the evaluation that follows to obtain a CE certificate of the training. Be sure to click on DONE at the end. A certificate will be e-mailed to you within 4 weeks if you score 80 % or higher on the quiz. If you do not receive a certificate within 2 weeks, call the NBS laboratory, (919) 733-3937. Many computers are equipped with spam blockers that might prevent delivery of certificates. Note that you must cannot take the quiz for credit if it has been less than one year since the last time a quiz was submitted.
