Click on hyperlink for file name
Click Open button
Go to Button and SAVE AS
Find your folder in My Documents and open it
Add your initials to the file name and SAVE in your folder.
Click on link and then click on Save.
Save to your folder in My Documents and then Open to view.
Use your mouse or your arrow keys to navigate through the presentation.
