Most students need work putting things together in context. Read the guidelines below and then follow one of the links below and search for some activities which will require them to use all their vocabulary so far. Most students can drill conjugations and vocabulary themselves. They don't need to pay someone for that or take the time of a tutor at school, unless of course, they need explanation. The most valuable help you can give is to follow the links to activities which require putting it all together.
Current Work will give you a list of current activities to help them with.
If practice is needed on earlier material that was not learned well enough to do current work, Semester Exam Review will not only review for the exam but help struggling students work on and review previous material that today's work is building on.
