Welcome to English, period 4. This class will be very challenging, with many interesting facets of English to be learned, including: literature, writing, speaking, and listening. This class is an eclectic mix, and some students are scheduled as honors students. Therefore, I will teach to the highest level of the class and tests will be differentiatied to meet all students' needs.

Students have started a grammar unit on verbals. I am linking my powerpoint on verbals: gerunds, infinitives, and participles below so that students can review in the even of snow on Monday.
