These
free online learning modules are currently
available only to Televerde corporate employees. These modules are made
available from Microsoft Office Online’s public Web site. The modules are
self-paced and require between 30-50 minutes on average to complete. In order
to utilize these tutorials the user must have access to the MS Office 2003
suite.
Navigation and
Instructions
Each
application below includes both a link to a Check List and application
Tutorial home page. Please note that the Check Lists include only pertinent
module lessons to job performance. Share lesson completion with supervisor to
ensure it is noted in SuccessFactors. Space has been provided for the user to
track lesson completion dates and an optional area for the supervisor to
initial.
Most
lessons contain both audio and read only sections. At certain times within
the lesson, the user will be prompted to practice the information they just
reviewed. Please note that some lessons require practice documents to be
downloaded ahead of time.
