Parents want to raise their children in a community where their lives, liberty and property are secure. As responsible parents they should give their children some basic rules to follow
When the children obey the rules established by their parents it is much more likely the family will live in harmony with the laws of nature and nature's God.
In order to motivate their children of comply with the rules they should be rewarded when they are obedient and punished when they are not. Children need to be taught that their on consequences for everything they say and do..
The branches of the Federal government are like the children. They too, have a set or rules to govern that spell out in the Constitution what they can and can not do. Each of our government servants is required to take an oath to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution and the people have a responsibility to hold our elected officials accountable.
Violating one's oath is a serious crime and the violators need to be indicted for committing an act of Treason. If found guilty they should be sent to be prison for the rest of their life.
When a child or a government official breaks the rules they should not be able to profit from their crimes If we fail to hold our servants accountable they have no incentive to do what is right.
The first ten amendments to the Constitution prohibited the government from violating rights of the people. Most of the subsequent amendments were introduced by Congress to strengthen the power and authority of the Federal government at the expense of the states and the people.
In order to control the government we need to enforce the Constitution. This objective can best be realized if we need to repeal the 13th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 17th and 19th Amendments. This action will require a Constitutional Amendment which will never be proposed by Congress. That is why we need 34 states to request an Article V Convention of the States to propose such an amendment.
Laws that are not understood will not be obeyed and just laws that are not obeyed cease to be relevant. The foundation of our republic has been sabotaged and to restore our republic we must return to the principles upon which our nation was founded.
The Constitution is the Supreme Law of the Land is not just merely a suggestion, it is the foundation of our liberty and our republic.
