George W. Bush was right when he said that "The Constitution is Just a Piece of Paper. The Constitution's only comes from the people's willingness to defend it.

The Constitution can only protect the people, if the people are willing to defend it. The Constitution is a contract where the states delegated a short list of enumerated powers. All powers not delegated were prohibited.
All powers not delegated to the government of the united States nor prohibited to the states are reserved to the states and the people.
