Utah, Mississsippi, Kentucky, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina and Virginia are being denied their representation in the seante without their consent.
In Article V of the Constitution it mandates that the states can not be deprived of the representation in the senate without their consent.
There are 41 states that have ratified the 17th Amendment and in the process have given their consent surrender the right to be represented in the senate.
The other 7 states have not ratified the 17th Amendment and have not givern their consent to surrender their right to representation in the senate.
The Constitutionally guaranteed rights of these seven states are being violated and these states should file a class action suit against the government to restore the right of these states to appoint their own senators.
