< Every government employee takes an oath to preserve, peotect and defend the Constitution as a conditiion of employment. When city, coumty, state or Federal employees violates that oath it is the duty of the people to hold them accountable.

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God

When in your opinion you government officials have violated their oath you need to notify the offiical with a notarized affadavtit stating how the official has violated their oath.

You can obtain a copy of the officials oath of office from your county Clerk.

The recipient of your affadavit has 30 day to rebut the accusatons. If the affadavit is not rebuted it stands as an admission of guilt.

The next step is to inform your county sherrif that  the government offical  has violated the Supreme Law of the Land.

If the Sheriff refuses to arrest the official, he becomes guilty of violatimg his oath.
