Children are taught that Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny aare real. They are taught about the stories of the  Three Little Pigs, Goldilocks and the Little Red Riding Hood  were true stories.

As the children grew up they came to realize that some stories are true and others are not.

Faith is a firm belief in something that can not be proven.t  without compelling evidence to support their conviction.

To determine the truth a person needs to ask a question and then seek to evidence to support  their hypothesis.

Religious leaders discourage questioning the Biblical Biblical events and characters and encourage  their followers to  trust their spiritual leaders and rely on faith alone.
