Seven states that have never  ratified the 17th Amendment and are being denied their equal suffrage in the senate without their consent. The states are being denied the right to choose who will represent their state inthe U.S. Senate.

The Fifth Article in the Constitution clearly prohibits Conress  from proposing any leguslation that would deprive a state of their right to choose who wou;d represent their state in the Senate.

The states of Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky, South Carolina, Utah and Virginia have never given their xonsent to the direct election of senators and should collectively refuse to comply with the provisions of the 17th Amendment.
