If all of the candidates running for Congress were required to a have a Master's Degree in Constitutional Studies it really wouldn.'t matter who we elected. Men that are eqailly informed rarely disagree.

To be certified as brain surgeon can save the life of his patirent while an ignorant Congressman can   contributr to the death of a nation.

Every person desiring to run for Congrees will need to be certified by earning the equivalent of a  Master's Degree  in Constitutional Studies. Only Individuals earning the Constitutional Studies Master Degree will be able run for a seat in Congress.

Only individuals  living in a Congressional District that have earned  a Master's Degrees in Constitutional Studies and will be eligible to en to run for Congress .
