Please see the following message I received to share with you from Mrs. Murphy and accomplish these tasks asap.  Basically, update your email address or make sure you are good with the one you are using on your AP account, because that´s how they will send you your exam, and be sure to go in and update where you want your AP scores sent.  See below for details:

1.  Make sure your email address is updated in your College Board account to an email you can access easily at home.  If you need to change it, sign into your College Board account to change your email address to a personal email address to be sure you receive exam information.  The exam will come to you through your email, and you need to know WHICH email it is and be prepared to receive it.

From AP:  "Make sure that each student’s College Board account email address is updated and that they can access that email account at home. If your students use a school-generated email address that might only be accessible from the school network, confirm that students have an email address that can be used outside the school network. This is necessary for College Board to deliver the exam to the student. If the student is using an address that will block emails from outside your school, contact the student and let them know to sign back into their College Board account to change their email address to a personal email address, to ensure they receive exam information."
*When we created these accounts in the fall, I recommended that students use a personal email account so they would continue to have access to it even after graduation.  Students may need to be reminded that the exam will come to them through their email, and they need to make sure they know which email it is and be prepared.

2. Log into your myAP account and select which college you want your AP scores to be sent to.  They only send them to one for free.  Sign in at myap.collegeboard.org, then go to My AP profile, then click on the registration tab to complete information about sending scores.

Seniors need to login to their myAP account and select which college they want their scores to be sent to.  Unlike the ACT or SAT, the College Board only allows them to send AP scores to one college for free.  They need to sign into their account at myap.collegeboard.org then go to My AP profile, then click on the registration tab to complete information about sending scores.  Juniors do not need to do this unless they are not planning to take any AP exams next year, and they have a good idea of where they plan to attend college.  When seniors send scores, it will include all AP exam scores they have taken.  All students will be able to sign into their myap account when scores are released to see their scores.

3.  If students plan to cancel their test, they need to notify Mrs. Murphy by the time of the test if they will not be taking the test.  This will allow her to process a refund for that student.  Even if you did not have to pay for your test this year, you need to let her know in advance if you are cancelling.  Please do this asap.

4.  If a student has issues with having a reliable device, please have them let Mrs. Murphy know asap so we can get them a chromebook.  If a student has issues with internet connectivity, please let her know who those students are so that we can try to find a solution so that they have the best testing experience.
