Online Submission Policy: (Spanish version to follow :-)

Dear Students,

As we all delve into this new format, I have been given additional guidelines that I need to implement immediately into my expectations regarding online assignments and submissions of work.

You are required to 'check-in' with me daily.
We will accomplish this through your submission of a daily check-in, quiz, opinion poll, test, assignment, practice activity, etc. that I assign for the day being submitted to me on the day it is assigned no later than 11:59 pm.

Each day's assignment is to be submitted by 11:59 pm unless otherwise indicated. Assignments will usually be posted daily by 8:00 am if not sooner. *Assignments that are intended to take multiple days will be indicated, along with their respective due dates. However, in at least some small way, you are required to submit something to me each day by 11:59 pm so that I know you are 'with' me.

These 'check-ins', etc. that you will be asked to submit daily are for points. To receive the credit, you need to submit by 11:59 pm on the day of the assignment unless otherwise indicated.

If you are ill or have some valid reason that you cannot do so, you need to email me at: theisr@limashawnee.com to discuss an extension of time in order to receive credit.

Thanks so much and hang in there- you're doing great!!! It's going to be different but we will manage. We sure do miss you but we will get through this!

Tenemos unos requísitos nuevos para nuestro curso en línea.

Es necesario que Uds. me entreguen la tarea del día cada día antes de las doce menos uno de la noche para recibir crédito. Si no lo haces para las 11:59 de la noche, no vas a recibir crédito.

Si no es posible hacerlo por una razón válida, favor de enviarme un mensaje por correo electrónico explicándome la situación para que yo te pueda ayudar o ofrecer más tiempo, pero esto no se debe abusar y hacer un hábito.

Mil gracias, mis chiquis, que yo te quiero y te extraño mucho. Tranquílense, las cosas cambian, pero Uds. están trabajando bien y todos estamos aprendiendo; todo va a pasar bien y estamos aquí para ayudarles.
