Preterite Tense

Preterite tense is used to express over-and-done actions, stress beginning or ending, or to narrate events that happened in a series.

Today's grammar clinic reviews how to conjugate the preterite tense.  You need to be able to use preterite tense in order to narrate events that happened in the past.   This is also an essential skill to review before we learn about the past subjunctive, as you have to use preterite to form past subjunctive.

-Test on Preterite and turn in completed preterite notes.  You may use your notes on the quiz but you also have to turn them in to prove that you reviewed how to conjugate each category of verb in the preterite.
