Course Description:
Advanced accounting is intended for students who want to learn about computerized accounting principles. We will explore Peachtree and QuickBooks accounting software.
Prerequisite: Accounting 1
Students will complete the automated steps of the accounting cycle.
Students are offered a hands-on approach to learning how modern computerized automated accounting systems function.
Students are offered knowledge and hands-on experience in integrating accounting with other business applications such as spreadsheets and word processing documents.
