I am Thomas, your instructor for the corporate finance seminar at Myanmar Imperial College. We will analyze the attached case study during our meeting. The background requirements to participate in the seminar are a) basic math skills and b) famiiliarity with standard business concepts (entrepreneurship, operations, equity financing, debt financing); more advanced concepts of venture capital, LBO (leveraged buyout), and convertible debt are topics for discussion during the seminar.

Please read the case prior to our meeetings for vocabulary understanding. No need to answer the questions, that activity we will complete together at MIC. For use of the Excel template, a notebook computer will be helpful (but not required) for participation.
