L20 When...
...的时候 describes two simultaneous action; 动词1 + 以后, 动词2 pattern describs that V2 takes place after the V1.
One may say "When I get to China, I will eat Beijing roast duck," one really means, "After I get to China, I'll eat Beijing roast duck."
