LE FUTUR PROCHE!

The future proche allows you to express what you are going to do in a few minutes, hours, or days, instead of what you WILL do years from now. Use a subject pronoun plus conjugated aller (like "Nous allons"), then add another verb that it not conjugated (to eat, for example). Now you have "Nous allons manger." or "We are going to eat." This is a very common structure in English, too -- we just don't realize it. You can even say "We are going to go" using aller twice in a row, once conjugated, then again without conjugating it. Try these, changing them from the present to the near future!
