Business Law Torts Scenario (Created by Kirk Rintoul)

John and Louise were dining at Chez Henri's when they started debating "Obamacare." At one point Louise stood up shouting and jabbing her knife in the direction of John. John felt scared and grabbed her wrist.

Chef Henri came out of the kitchen and asked them both to leave. Before they could leave, Pierre the waiter ran over and grabbed John by the collar and shoved him out the back door of the restaurant. Louise refused to leave. A person at another table seeing the commotion shouted "That woman [Louise] is drunk." Louise was in fact sober.

Later on everyone who ate at the restaurant got food poisoning from a bad batch of escargot.
