This is my 7th year of teaching Social Studies. I love to teach and I have high expectations for my students. I like to provide students with multiple ways to learn the content and skills necessary to be successful not only in this class but in future educational endeavors. I also like to extend the learning experience with extra curricular learning experiences such as field trips, guest speakers, and outreach activities.When I am not teaching I enjoy reading, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with family. |

The purpose of this site is to provide my students with a chance to engage in technology based learning. The site contains many interactive learning activities listed in the activities section which will provide students with the opportunity to practice the skills and content that has been covered in class. The quizzes section contains practice quizzes, homework assignments, and quizzes and tests that students will take in class. The calendar section will display the topic covered in daily instruction as well as any homework or project assignments. The Files section will contain copies of class work assignments that can be downloaded, printed out and submitted as make up work assignments.
