Economics and Government teacher. BBA - University of Cincinnati. Teaching Credentials - San Diego State University: Economics, Social Studies, Business, CLAD (English as a Second Language) certificated. MBA - National University. I began my teaching career in the 1995-96 school year by student teaching at Crawford High School, where I remained until joining Mira Mesa High School in 2001. As a long-time resident of Mira Mesa and parent of a MMHS graduate, I am committed to enriching the lives of my students and my community.

STEPS TO SUCCESS:
1.Keep assignment log up to date and use it every day.
2.READ the whole assignment and answer the assessment questions, objectives and explain the vocabulary as you read.
3.Take notes daily.
4.Use quia.com and Google Classroom to access the resources that I provide to help students master the content: notes outlines, educational video clips, news articles,...
5. Ask for HELP and/or attend tutoring sessions to get assistance. Offered daily at lunch. You are welcome to eat your lunch while getting help or making up a missed test.
6. Proofread and double check your work before submitting it. |
