I want everyone of my students to be successful this school year. There is a change in the weight of assignments at MCCS according to the student handbook. They are as follows. Homework/Participation counts 10% of your grade, Classwork 30% and Quizzes and Tests count 30%. I would love for each of you to earn top scores. I believe that you all are capable! It is up to you and your chosen work ethics. We will be using ABCI this year. Failure is not an option. I will do all that I can to help you find success. However, you must do your part each day. The best policy is to complete all assignments when they are assigned and give each day your best effort. I also expect your behavior to allow for learning, not only for yourself, but the others in the class. Always remember, if you do not understand a lesson that is taught or the assignment that is given, please ask. Let's have a great year learning together! Carroll Ryals, Teacher |
