I am an Instructor for the Oroville Adult Education Center (with the Oroville Union High school District) in Butte County California. I am originally from New York City, the first person in my family born here in America, and my first languages are Italian (dad), and Spanish (mom). I learned English when I was nine years old. I currently teach ESL to adult learners, as well as Spanish two nights a week.
My past teaching experience has been in the field of special education for approximately twenty eight years, and my current position is a positive switch in careers for me. Needless to say, I am very excited to have been doing this for three years and counting!
