Greeting from Rural Iowa! I am a Science teacher at Glidden-Ralston Schools, a community of around 1,000 people in West Central Iowa.
I currently am teaching Biology, Anatomy/Physiology, Physical Science, Physical Education and Driver's Education.
I am a "return to your first love" teacher. I taught for 10 years in the 70's and 80's. I left education to run my own business for the next 25 years. In 2003 I sold my business and returned to my first love, teaching. My most obvious observation after my "hiatus" is that "kids have not changed in 30 years...................the only changes are our expectations".
My best friend is my wife Lorrie and in our free time, we enjoy riding our motorcycle, playing golf, practicing our Christian faith and working on "this old house".
