About me
I graduated in 1973 from Somerville College, Oxford, with a First in Modern Languages and no idea what to do with it. In 1981, my flatmate suggested I should teach a German evening class to earn some money. After my first class, I knew this was what I wanted to do - and I am still doing it. I am Languages Staff Tutor for Languages in London and the South East, where I also lecture in German.

I have recently co-ordinated 2 action research projects, on Using the Target Language in language teaching and Differentiation in language teaching.
