I started teaching in 1984. I am graduate of Bishop's University and of Dalhousie University. Most of my teaching career was spent in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I now teach in Mississauga, Ontario. I've taught grades 7 to 12 in both the French Immersion system and the regular English stream. French and History are the subject areas in which I've done the most teaching but I've also taught Geography, Math, English, Law and Health. This academic year I am simply a grade 7 French teacher (well, I do have one grade 8 class to whom I teach French as well and yes, they are a weird bunch... in a good way and a grade 6 class too).
When not in the classroom I enjoy cycling, kayaking, running, photography and reading. |
