About me |
Here's some information that you may find interesting about me. I was born on October 17, 1974 in Ft. Walton Beach, which makes me almost thirty-six. I've lived in DeFuniak Springs almost my entire life. I attended Maude Saunders Elementary, Walton Middle School, and Walton High School. In high school, I played baseball, participated in Key Club, was voted Admiral of the Anchor Club, voted Most Involved in School Activities, and President of my Senior Class of '92. After graduating from Walton High in 1992, I attended OWCC and Florida State University. I graduated from FSU in 1996 and started teaching at Freeport Middle School. I've also taught at Deer Lake Middle in Tallahassee, Walton Academy, and nine years here at WMS. My family is very important to me. My wife, Amber and I have five children that keep us very busy. Briston and MaKenna are in fourth grade. Anna Belle and Chandler are in second grade and Daisy Fae is three years old. Staying involved with our church, "Freedom Fellowship," and our childrens activities are very important to me. I am currently working after school at the Boys & Girls Club and also coaching Pee Wee Football. Teaching is not just a job to me, it's a chance for me to give back something positive to my community. I've had to overcome some adversity in my life and getting the opportunity to make a difference is what inspires me to keep going. Thanks for checking out my profile. |
