My name is Lisa Helaire Taylor, and it gives me great pleasure to be your facilitator for this course. Although I was born in Washington D.C., I lived in the Galveston and Houston communities most of my life. My husband and I met in high school, and we have been together for over 30 years. We have three spirited, remarkable children ages 14, 17, and 19.
I have spent the past 22 years as an educator and youth service administrator, and I am currently completing a doctoral program in Educational Technology at the University of Phoenix. Although I have set high academic standards for myself, I admit there is always room for improvement. I welcome you to class, and I look forward to having a fabulous time learning with you! |
