I have been teaching for 27 years. I began my teaching career at Franklin Elementary in Jacksonville teaching 6th grade and 4th grade. Turner Jr. High has been my home away from home for the past 19 years. Unfortunately, I am currently on medical leave, but I hope students can continue to use and learn from this page.
I have always lived in Jacksonville. I graduated from JHS and IC. Jacksonville's history is truly amazing and I am excited to teach the history of my hometown to my students! Our curriculum then covers the French and Indian War through the Civil War. I hope you will find American history as exciting as I do!
