My name is Mrs. Marisol Denney and I will be your child’s Spanish teacher this year. I am a graduate of Elizabeth City State University. I am looking forward to help students to have an excellent educational experience. I’m excited about the opportunity to get to know you and your student and I’m looking forward to a successful school year.
Our class will be studying the basics of the Spanish language and culture this school year. Students will have textbooks and workbooks that they will bring home for completing assignments and to use in studying for quizzes and tests. Weekly homework is assigned Monday and all assignments are posted on Edmodo. In addition to these assignments, students will be working on projects, group activities, research reports and other activities to provide them with a variety of educational experiences. Dates for all special projects are also listed on Edmodo.
