I am a full time teacher at the Applied Technology Center in Rock Hill, SC. I am also an athletic trainer at South Pointe High School. This is my 7th year in the Rock Hill School District, and my 13th year as a certified athletic trainer. I am originally from a small rural town in Ohio. I attended undergraduate school at Ohio Northern University in Ada, OH; and completed a BS in Sports Medicine and Health. I continued my education at Tennessee Technological University in Cookeville, TN; earning my MA in Instructional Leadership. After graduate school I started my first full time position at Winthrop University as the Assistant Athletic Trainer and adjunct professor of Athletic Training. After leaving Winthrop, I worked at 2 other high schools, prior to coming to Rock Hill School District. I teach in the Health Science program at ATC. |
