Ms. Grillo is a native of DeKalb County, having grown up in the district. She attended Briarlake Elementary School from Kindergarten through 7th grade, and then went on to Lakeside High School. She earned her Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine.
Ms. Grillo enjoys reading, spending time with her boyfriend and other friends, and going to movies. She has three cats. She has studied abroad in Spain and still speaks Spanish functionally well (but not fluently!). |
