As an instructor at Eldorado Emerson Private School, I have the great pleasure of teaching students about the language and fascinating culture of Japan. I grew up in a bilingual English-Japanese home and, as a child, I spent a lot time on the island of Kyushu. As an adult, I pursued Japanese language studies in college and have now been teaching high school and middle school Japanese Language & Culture at Eldorado Emerson for over 10 years. I am married, with five children, a baby grandson, two dogs, and two cats. I am also a big fan of women's volleyball. |
