About me
I am a new face on the HRVHS staff. My name is Nicole Goode and I just moved to Hood River in August from Yosemite, California. I am happy to be back in Oregon. I previously taught all levels of French for five years in Colorado and in Corvallis, OR. I am well qualified and have been trained to be an effective teacher of French (BA French-Smith College, MA Education- UC Santa Barbara, OR/CO/CA Teaching Credentials). Having traveled, lived and studied abroad in places like Quebec, France, Guadeloupe and Mali, I love sharing the joys of travel and other cultures first hand with students.

Hello student and parents- I am looking forward to a year of excitement and learning! I have positive expectations for student success and will do my best to support students with their learning. Successful education of our students is an interrelated, community team effort. The more the teachers and school staff, the family, and the community are joined as partners, the greater each students chance for success.
