About me
I grew up in Toms River and graduated from Georgian Court University with a Bachelor of Science degree.  I double majored in Biology and Psychology. I lived my dream of being a scientist when I accepted a position in the Cardiovascular Pharmacology Department at Schering-Plough Research Institute. During this time I persued graduate study at Rutgers.  I also lived in New Orleans, but I have since relocated back home to New Jersey to be near to my family in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in 2005. It is exciting to be back home, to serve the community as a teacher, and to focus my endeavors on science and education. I am a member of both the National Science Teacher Association and the National Association of Biology Teachers.  I am excited to bring my love of the sciences to Brick Township High School!
