I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Then I attended Auburn University and graduated from Auburn with a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering.
After graduating from Auburn, I worked in Gainesville, Florida as a Process Engineer at a local Biotechnology company and then I worked at the University of Florida as an Environmental Health and Safety Specialist.
While working at UF, I also earned an executive MBA degree from Nova Southeastern University.
I moved to Miami, Florida in 1997 and owned my own telecommunications business for several years, after which I started teaching high school chemistry. |
