Thank you, Blessed Pope John staff, students and parents who have so warmly welcomed me to your community. As a life long Catholic having attended Catholic schools throughout my elementary and high school years, I feel so at home and grateful for the opportunity to educate and inspire here.
I am originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. My family and I lived in Flagstaff for 13 years and both my husband and I attended NAU for our undergraduate and Master's degrees. We moved to Phoenix in 2004 and even though we love to visit Flag we sure are glad to be out of the snow!
My husband and I have two wonderful children, Samantha and Joe. Samantha graduated from Xavier in 2010 and is a sophomore this year at ASU. Joe is a sophomore this year at Bourgade Catholic high school.
As a family we enjoy hiking (usually the Grand Canyon), running (Sam and I did our first half marathon last year!), skiing and spending time at the beach as often as possible. |
