About me |
I received my undergraduate degree in Spanish at the University of Kentucky in 1983. I went directly into the ministry after graduation and worked extensively with international students on the university campus. I traveled on short missions to Argentina, Mexico, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic and Belize. I started teaching Spanish in 1992, where I began my career at Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy. I taught grades 4-9 for 5 years. I completed my masters in Education at Xavier University and traveled to Spain for coursework one summer. I started teaching level I Spanish to 9th graders at Lakota in 1997 and have been in the district ever since. Most recently, my husband and I traveled to Costa Rica to celebrate 30 years of marriage. I have a passion for technology integration in education, and missions. |
