About me
I am a graduate of Mary Washington College (before it became a university), with a major in Spanish and a minor in history.  I also hold a Master's of Education degree from Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma.

I have an image of a butterfly here because a butterfly represents a new life and new discoveries every day.  That's what knowing languages can do for you, open your world to new things.  I hope that all of my students enjoy learning new things daily.

“If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes to his heart.”
     ~Nelson Mandela~

"Cada idioma es un modo distinto de ver la vida."~Federico Fellini~

"If you want to understand today, you have to search yesterday."-Pearl Buck
