You only have 2 attempts at each quiz. The higher score will be kept. You may take the practice quiz--which draws from the same bank of questions--as many times as you wish. Practice quizzes do not count and are not recorded.
It is strongly suggested that you take the practice quiz as many times as necessary until you consistently get the score you want before attempting the real quiz.
Allow sufficient time for the real quiz, and do not navigate away from the quiz, click the "back" button, or leave your computer unattended for long periods of time. Any of these things could invalidate your score. If you get an error message when you click on the "submit" button at the end of the quiz, click on the "back" button and resubmit.
