JHS Using Il, Elle, Ils, Elles, C' and le, la, l' and les
Can you tell the difference between "I like it" and "It looks good on me"? It is more obvious in the plural - "I like them" vs "They look good on me". When you are talking about the general idea, use "C'est" [see page 310 of your textbook].
