2SS26 Primary and Secondary Resources - DIFFICULT SKILL
A primary source is information from a person who was there when the event happened. A primary source can be an artifact, a photograph, a letter, a notebook, or many other things. A secondary source is information written by a person who was not there. Encyclopedias and textbooks are secondary sources because the authors were not at all the events.
