This Module is designed to uncover knowledge gaps for selling and processing Vonage Sales as an Agent. Additionally, Supervisors, Quality and Training Teams are expected to participate in this annual assessment.

This Module will allow an "open feedback" section to provide feedback or add information about Vonage Knowledge. Use these questions to share any items you feel Vonage should include in 2010 Performance improvements.
