RefWorks has a new interface! RefWorks 2.0 is the interface being taught at the RefWorks workshops this semester, so you may start seeing RefWorks questions from patrons that are only familiar with the new interface.
To view RefWorks 2.0, log into your RefWorks account, then at the top of the page click the "RefWorks 2.0" link.
If you don't have any references in your account, you may want to add a few. (One easy way to do this would be to find an article in Academic Search Complete then export it to RefWorks.)
